1 Project Management

We are professional consultants who understand the needs of our customers, and always put their needs first. All our projects benefit from the input of a Director at all stages to ensure their experience is used to benefit the client.
Our expertise will be used to maximum benefit  on every project, ensuring an appropriate level of emphasis is given to each of the key stages throughout it’s lifespan.

We will advise the client as to which parties should be utilised on each project, and then co-ordinate the activities of all those involved, keeping a close eye on the overall project objectives, whilst maintaining overall dynamic control .

We will manage the project from our initial involvement, through to commencing works on site, including managing the planning and programming, communications, procurement, construction, and co-ordination of all parties.

The overall financial reporting will be updated in accordance with the negotiations, and will include :

i)    All construction & specialist works
ii)    Client Direct Supply Items
iii)    Professional & LA Fees
iv)    A review of operational costs, although our fees will not be chargeable on this element

Our customer focused strategy, enables clients to make informed choices before the project develops past the key decision milestones. At the project control and delivery stage we ensure that the agreed solution will deliver the business need. We check that the contractor’s method statements are viable and that our plans for risk management are sound. Robust team management and change control processes are communicated across the supply chain and maintained throughout construction.
In the final stages we oversee commissioning, agree completion, settle final accounts and ensure a smooth transition of the asset through to ongoing management.

We actively encourage our team to be proactive in problem solving,  and clear communication, overseeing :
